1. COPYRIGHT – LINKS TO EXTERNAL SITES
All elements appearing on the Site (still images, animated images, databases, trademarks, illustrations, logos, designs, models, layouts, downloadable documents) are protected as intellectual works by French and international copyright and intellectual property laws. Unless prior written authorization is obtained from E.T.A.I., any reproduction, representation, adaptation, or modification, in whole or in part, of any element of the Site, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited and may be subject to legal action. For any authorization request, users may send an email to the following address: convention_patrimonia@infopro-digital.com. However, the reproduction of a quotation from a text appearing on the Site is authorized in accordance with the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code. The use of quotations is subject to certain conditions:
• it must necessarily be short and will be assessed according to the size of the articles, short pieces and dossiers published on the Site;
• it must be justified by its critical, polemical, educational, scientific or informational nature;
• It must clearly indicate the name of E.T.A.I. as the source. Any links on the Site that lead to external websites are provided for informational purposes only. E.T.A.I. cannot be held responsible for the content of these external websites.
2. TRADEMARKS AND LOGOS
The trademarks and logos reproduced on the Site are protected by trademark and/or design law. Any reproduction, republication or redistribution, in whole or in part, of the trademarks or logos, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written authorization of E.T.A.I. is prohibited.
3. CREATION OF LINKS TO THE SITE BY THIRD PARTIES
E.T.A.I. authorizes the creation of a hyperlink pointing to the Site's content, provided that E.T.A.I. is expressly informed beforehand by email to the following address: convention_patrimonia@infopro-digital.com and subject to the following conditions:
• that the hyperlink opens the Site in a new browser window. It is prohibited to integrate all or part of the Site's content onto another site using the framing technique ("Frame");
• that access to the pages containing the hyperlink to the Site be free; • that the hyperlink lead to the Site's homepage. The use of deep linking is prohibited;
• to mention the source with a hyperlink allowing any user to be redirected directly to the intended content. Please note! This authorization does not apply to sites disseminating information of a controversial, pornographic, or xenophobic nature, or which could, more broadly, be considered offensive to public order and morality. In any event, E.T.A.I. reserves the right to request the immediate removal of any link created to the Site without having to provide a specific reason. 4. USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICES
Certain sections of the Site are accessible only to exhibitors of trade shows organised by E.T.A.I. and are available through an identifier and access code provided by E.T.A.I.
User obligations: The user agrees to comply with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions, in particular not to use the Site and its services to write, transmit or communicate any unlawful message, information or content of any kind whatsoever, and in particular offensive, insulting, defamatory, abusive, violent, obscene or pornographic or including incitement to discrimination or hatred based on race, religion, sex, or other, incitement to crimes and offenses, or an apology for crime, or of a nature to alter the operation of computer systems. The user agrees not to infringe upon competition law. Similarly, the user agrees to respect the rights of third parties, including everyone's right to privacy and all intellectual property rights (copyright, related rights, database rights, trademark rights, patent rights, designs or models, trade secrets, etc.). The user further agrees not to impersonate any person, entity, or identifier that could mislead or create confusion regarding their identity. Finally, the user agrees not to distribute unsolicited messages of an advertising, promotional, chain letter, or other nature via the Site. The user is solely responsible for their use of the Site and its services. In particular, the use of information, messages, or data of any kind available on the Site is the sole responsibility of the user. Any decisions or actions that the user may take or undertake based on this information shall be solely their responsibility. The user is solely responsible for assessing the completeness and usefulness of the content accessed. Consequently, the user agrees to use the Site and its services with discretion and assumes all risks associated with their use. The user agrees to comply with any measures implemented by E.T.A.I. in accordance with applicable law.
