By participating in the Trade Show, the participant consents to the taking of photos and videos by the Organizer, who may use them, in whole or in part, free of charge, without time limitation, and worldwide in marketing materials (brochures, invitations, etc.), publications, and websites published by the Organizer for the purpose of promoting the Trade Show and its future editions, regardless of the medium used (including electronic or print) and the method of distribution.
